For young people this was fairly new territory, while older people had flashbacks to the Los Angeles riots of 1992 or the summer of 1965. The Baltimore riots of 2015 were less shocking – this was a movie we had seen before. And in other riots since then, one thing has become clear - just about everyone seems to prefer narrative-peddling to problem-solving. Rachel Lu joins us.
