+  A Catholic with Same-Sex Attraction Reflects on “Conversion Therapy” (2 segments)

  • Description: Earlier this year the Toledo, Ohio City Council voted unanimously to ban so-called "conversion therapy" for persons experiencing same-sex attraction. It is the first city in the US to enact a ban that applies to all ages, not just minors. This is an issue that has become highly politicized, much to the detriment of all concerned. We'll look at the concept of conversion therapy from a Catholic perspective with Dan Mattson.

He has been a frequent speaker at the National Catholic Singles Conference and appears regularly on Catholic Radio. He's working on a book called "Why I Don't Call Myself Gay: How I Reclaimed My Sexual Reality and Found Peace"
