      Jeannette Barbacane has Degrees in Religious Studies, Nursing and Counselling and recently retired as a nurse from the University of Michigan Hospital. Both Jeannette and Tesa are certified spiritual directors, Co-founders of the Heart of Christ Spiritual Direction Program, members of Christ the King Catholic Church in Ann Arbor, and were active participants in Catholic ministry to the incarcerated in Washtenaw County for many years, until COVID restrictions closed those doors.
