Dr. Grace Vuoto, the Editor of Politics and Culture, is the founder of the Edmund Burke Institute. At The Washington Times Dr. Vuoto was an editorial writer and later editor of Base News, a project of The Times for the military community (2009). She was Assistant Professor of Modern British and European History at Howard University in Washington, D.C. (2002-2006). She has also taught at Virginia Commonwealth University (2001-2002) and McGill University (1996-2000).
