Bert has been involved in all levels of religious education for more than 40 years. He has served as a leader and teacher in several Catholic renewal movements. Numerous educational and renewal conferences throughout the United States and Canada have featured Bert as a speaker. He appears frequently as a guest on EWTN programs. Bert has written over twenty books, including "Voices of the Saints," "Adventures in Daily Prayer," and "Mystics and Miracles." Hundreds of Bert’s articles have appeared in the Catholic and religious press.
Fr. Robert J. Hater, Ph.D., a priest of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, is widely respected for his extensive work in catechesis and religious education. He has written many books and is a well-known, internationally acclaimed lecturer in ministry, evangelization, catechesis, and spirituality.
The Most Rev Paul S Loverde serves as the Third Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Arlington, Virginia. Bishop Loverde was ordained a priest for service in the Diocese of Norwich on December 18, 1965, in the Basilica of Saint Peter, Rome, and then served in a variety of assignments both on the parochial and diocesan levels. Currently, he is serving on the boards of: The Institute for the Psychological Sciences, Arlington, Virginia; The Catholic University of America, Washington, DC; The Catholic Distance University (CDU) in Hamilton, Virginia, since 2003; and also at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, DC.
