Meshawn Maddock has been elected chair of the 11th District Congressional District Republican Committee. She is the wife of newly elected Michigan Representative Matt Maddock (R – District 44.) Maddock is co-founder of Michigan Trump Republicans and serves on the Oakland County Republican Party Executive Committee. She served on the RNC Platform Committee at the RNC Convention in Cleveland, and was a Trump-bound Delegate at the RNC Convention. She is a small business owner and longtime resident of Milford.
Erik Kiilunen, an owner of small businesses in Calumet that make insulation and flooring, said he reopened three weeks ago and has been encouraging others to do the same, buying billboards along the expressway that read: "All businesses are essential."
