Dr. Marcus Peter is a Biblical Theologian and evangelist and is also the Director of Marketing for Ave Maria Radio and he coordinates all branding efforts for Ave Maria Radio’s website, social media platforms, publishing, and events. Marcus joined Ave Maria Radio as the Radio and TV host of Unveiling the Covenants in April 2022. He came on full-time as Director of Marketing in June 2023.

Mike oversees the day to day operations of Ave Maria Radio and enjoys working with each member of the team. He is the liaison for outside partners, vendors, the FCC and other government entities. He and the entire staff work to continually improve the production, outreach and tools provided by Ave Maria Radio to their listeners and members, with the goal being each person experiencing growth in their faith and a closer walk with God. Having been with Ave Maria Communications since 1999 (Ave Maria Radio went on the air in 1996) I’ve lived a lot of its interesting history. What I enjoy the most is helping Listeners get resources to help them in their faith journey. A close second is telling people how they can listen to Ave Maria Radio when they aren’t in range of our radio signal in their home or on their car radio. Third would be suggesting to Listeners how to use our promotional materials to tell others about Ave Maria Radio.Â

In the summer of the year 2000, I learned my favorite sports station turned into Ave Maria Radio, a Catholic radio station, I didnt even know Catholic radio existed. Every time I tuned in, I learned what little I knew about the depth and beauty of our Catholic faith. Ave Maria Radio led me to an encounter with Christ through their programing, along with books, conferences, and mission work. Ave Maria Radio changed my life.
