The Traffic Department is looking for an individual who is detail oriented, has experience with simple accounting tasks and possesses good time management skills. The ideal candidate has a keen desire to work with Ave Maria Radio, building the Church so that we might Bless the nation.
The Traffic Department is responsible for organizing and placing in queue all the announcements heard on the radio, into the program flow. Many of these announcements are sold as advertising, underwriting and sponsorships. The traffic associate will produce, file and distribute bills to sales staff and clients.
A good (but not perfect) way to think about this position is to think data entry – but with more responsibility. The ideal candidate would have experience in a traffic department in broadcasting.
This is a part-time position. No experience is necessary (but it is preferred).
