Sari Wilson is originally from Michigan, growing up just north of Detroit. She went to Catholic schools for grade school and high school, and then went on to Michigan State University, where she earned her degree in English Literature. From there, she moved to the great state of Texas to teach students on the border of Texas and Mexico through Teach for America. For the past 13 years, she has been active in public education supporting students, many first generation college students, to and through college to earn their degrees. Along the way, she earned her Masters in Education (Ed.M) from Harvard University and recently graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with her Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP). She is currently a student at the Oblate School of Theology in the Master of Arts in Spirituality program. Sari is passionate about supporting others to flourish, especially along the spiritual journey, and has a heart for working with young people to build their relationships with God, self, and others.
