Holy Hour for Life

Forty years after the legalization of abortion, it is estimated that more than 55,000,000 babies in the US have lost their lives to the abortion holocaust. This cheapening of human life is also reflected in the growing acceptance of practices like euthanasia, lethal experimentation on human embryos, and destruction of ‘excess’ fertilized eggs among others. This Holy Hour, hosted by Resurrection Parish, is an opportunity for us to witness to our belief in the sanctity of all human life; to make reparation for the ongoing abuses; and to join spiritually in the battle to end these violations of the dignity of human life. We will also pray in solidarity with those traveling to Washington DC for the national March for Life to mark this somber occasion.
To benefit local crisis pregnancy centers, we will be collecting unopened boxes of diapers or baby wipes. You are encouraged to please bring some with you to the Holy Hour.

Start: January 19, 2014 4:00 PM
End: January 19, 2014 5:00 PM
